The Birth of a Vision

In 2017, a study of 1,500 sales professionals found that 78% of them had difficulty finding reliable information about sales tools. This discovery was the catalyst for the creation of sales-hacking.com.

Building a Team of Experts

The first step was to bring together a diverse team (internal and legitimate freelancers). Professionals from software development, user experience, digital marketing, sales and IT consulting were brought together. This diversity of expertise allows sales-hacking.com to look at each product from different perspectives, providing a comprehensive perspective to its readers.

Developing a Rigorous Process

Our methodology, refined over the years and always in continuous improvement, includes:

  1. Meticulous selection : Of the 630 items reviewed annually (average), only 12% are selected for in-depth evaluation.
  2. Extensive testing : Each product is tested (and often offered) by each of our experts
  3. Unbiased analysis : Our evaluations are based on 22 objective criteria, rated on a scale of 1 to 100.
  4. Additional research : We analyze an average of 50 user reviews and industry reports for each evaluated product.

Since 2018, we have implemented a quarterly review system. In 2022, we made 412 major updates to our evaluations, ensuring that 95% of our content is up-to-date at any given time.

Our verification process includes 3 levels of proofreading, involving 5 different reviewers. On average, each article spends 18 hours in the verification phase before publication.
