Features
Below, we show you the main features of Mailmunch. We include screenshots of the product to give you an idea of the interface and usability of this solution.
Dashboard
When you first log in to Mailmunch, you will be taken to the dashboard. The dashboard allows you to keep important KPIs in mind, and to monitor the performance of the campaign.
Easy integrations
All plans - including the free plan - support a series of integrations, allowing you to connect your forms to your preferred customer relationship management (CRM) platform (for example, Mailchimp or GetResponse). You can also connect to Zapier to access hundreds of automated actions, such as automatically creating an entry in Google Sheets every time a new form is submitted.
Advanced display rules
The display rules in MailMunch allow you to customize when visitors to your website see your subscription forms. The default setting is to show your form when visitors have scrolled 50% of your web page, but you can easily change this setting.
Other possible customizations include the number of days before visitors have access to your forms again, the type of devices on which your forms are displayed, ad tracking pixels, and the activation or deactivation of spam protection and Google reCAPTCHA protection.
Output control technology
If you choose a paid plan with MailMunch, you can use the built-in system to try and capture visitor information before they abandon your website. Exit-monitoring technology automatically displays a pop-up window with a subscribe button when it detects that a visitor is about to leave your website. While this does not guarantee the capture of more leads, it is a handy feature.
Data fields
The contact information you collect and store in Mailmunch is organized into data fields. You use these data fields to segment your lists in order to send more targeted communications.
Mailmunch includes several default data fields that are commonly used, such as name, email address, and phone number. You can also create an unlimited number of custom data fields to collect additional information relevant to your business, such as company name, website URL, and postal code.
Segmentation
The Mailmunch platform includes segmentation tools that you can use to create customer segments using data that is stored in the system. Using segments is a good practice to increase the relevance of your emails, and reduce costs by reducing the volume of sending.
Mailmunch's segmentation tools are more limited than many of its competitors. It does not include and/or segmentation logic, and includes fewer segmentation conditions and operators than many standalone email marketing solutions.
Segmentation in Mailmunch is based on a series of filters that you can use to include or exclude parts of your subscribers. Some of the segmentation filters in Mailmunch include:
- Registered consent
- Countries
- Last contact
- Status
